Reporting Issues
Customers are responsible for inspecting their orders upon receipt. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or missing, please follow these steps:
Defective Items
Contact our Customer Service team within 14 days of receiving the defective item.
Provide your order number, a description of the defect, and clear photographs or videos illustrating the issue.

Damaged Items
If you receive a visibly damaged package, please inform the delivery personnel and document the damage by taking clear photographs.
Contact our Customer Service team within 14 days of receiving the damaged item, providing your order number and the photographs of the damaged item and packaging.
Our Customer Service team will initiate a claim with the carrier and assist you with the return or replacement process.
Missing Items
Check the packing slip or invoice included in your shipment to confirm the missing item was included in your order.
Contact our Customer Service team within 14 days of receiving your order to report the missing item, providing your order number and a description of the missing item.
We will investigate the issue and arrange for the missing item to be shipped to you promptly.
Returns and Exchanges
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
It must be in the original packaging (if applicable).
You must contact us first for approval and return instructions.
If you are not happy with the product after installing one strip, we will take back the rest of the uninstalled products and refund you 100% for the unused product we successfully receive back in our warehouse.
If more than one strip has been installed and you request a refund due to dissatisfaction, we reserve the right to send a company representative to inspect the installation. We will assess whether:
The product is unsuitable or does not meet requirements.
The product has been used incorrectly (e.g., installed on an incompatible door type).
The product has been installed incorrectly.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Refund details:
If no product has been used and all items are successfully returned, we have the right to deduct the original delivery cost (€24.95 per package) unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
If the return of the product is organized by us, the return cost will be deducted from your refund, calculated per package. This charge is void if the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
If payment was made via debit/credit card, we have the right to deduct 2% from the refund to cover transaction costs imposed by the payment processor. This charge is void if the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Your shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our company’s error or a faulty product.
